PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device or an optical magnetic disk device which is easily miniaturized, made thinner, and reduced in weight, and has an excellent servo characteristic, by increasing rigidity in the rolling directional of a moving part comprising an object lens, a lens holder, a focusing coil, tracking coil, and a small substrate in an object lens driving device. SOLUTION: On the side of a fixing base plate 58 for fixedly supporting end parts of conductive suspension members 56 supporting a moving part in cantilever comprising an object lens 51, a lens holder 52, a focusing coil 53, a tracking coil 54, etc., rigidity control plates 3 are arranged, which are fixedly bonded to the conductive suspension members 56 and not fixedly bonded to the fixing base plate 58. Moreover, a visco-elastic material is filled in the clearance parts between the rigidity control plates 3 and the fixing base plate 58.
