PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tilt of a lens small at any time irrespective of posture of arrangement by providing a tilt detecting means, and arranging this device so as to adjust a relative position of a fixing holder for supporting a lens holder to a magnet based on an output of the tilt detecting means. SOLUTION: A lens holder 3 is provided with an object lens 2, a focusing (AF) coil 4, a tracking (TF) coil 5, a small base plate 6, and a balancer 17, and supported by 4 elastic supporting members 11, and arranged to be able to move in the directions of AF 18 and TR 19. An object lens driving device 1 drives a position adjusting screw 14 and moves the position of a fixed part holder 9 by a motor according to a detection signal of a tilt sensor for detecting a tilt of a mechanical base of the disk device so that the centers of AF, TR coils 4, 5 almost coincide with the center of the magnet 8 in the direction of TR 19 in a state such that current is not made to flow through the AF coil 4 and the TR coil 5.
