PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service which identifies the attribute of a user and fits the attribute of the user with a simple device in a facility having a wide floor area or a wide site. SOLUTION: A badge 15 emits light from a light emission surface of prescribed length, also with a prescribed pattern and with luminance changing together with the elapse of time. A personal computer 12 picks up the image of the badge 15, calculates the position of the badge 15 in three-dimensional space from the size and position of a badge 15 image on picked up image data, calculates a code corresponding the prescribed pattern, transmits the code to a server 14 and receives user data transmitted from the server 14. The server 14 stores the user data while making it correspond to the code, receives the code, transmits the user data to be stored to the computer 12 and retrieves the user data to be transmitted to the computer 12 on the basis of the received code.
