PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the counting work of the number of paper sheets to be efficient and precise and to grasp the operation states of each part of a printing machine and the states of each paper sheet in real time. SOLUTION: The paper delivery part D of a printing machine 1 formed of a paper feeding part F, a printing part P and the paper delivery part D is improved, a sampling pile SP is installed in addition to a first pile P1 and a second pile P2. Regular paper is delivered to P1 and P2 and sampling paper, trial printing paper and illegal insertion paper (major defective paper) are delivered to SP. Check mechanisms for checking whether respective total numbers of paper sheets supplied from F, the paper sheets printed in P and paper sheets delivered to D match with each other for every large lot are installed for plural groups. The number of paper sheets supplied from F and respective parts, the total number of paper sheets printed by P and the number of paper sheets delivered to D and the respective parts are counted for every large lot. The number of paper sheets supplied from F, paper sheets printed by P and the paper sheets delivered to D are compared/collated. |
