摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively feed a large quantity of wind into a battery pack from air blowing holes of a charger without reducing the wind pressure of an appropriate wind quantity even if the kind of the battery pack is different and to effectively exhaust gaseous hydrogen generated from the battery at the same time. SOLUTION: Vent holes 10 are formed in the surface on the side where a projecting part 4 of a battery pack 2 is arranged. An exhaust hole 14 is formed in the surface on the side opposite to the surface in which the vent holes 10 of the battery pack 2 are formed. Air blowing holes 11 are formed at a position opposite to the vent holes 10 in a charger 6. A blast fan 12 for blowing wind toward the air blowing holes 11 is installed in the charger 6. A blocking device 30 that allows the wind from the blast fan 12 to be blown from the air blowing holes 11 through the vent holes 10 into the battery pack 2, and can vary the vent hole area of the air blowing holes 11 is installed.</p>
