摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an anti-corrosion property and generate a large exchange anisotropic magnetic field by setting a composition ratio of a specified alloy from which an antiferromagnetic layer disposed under a fixed magnetic layer is formed within a specified range. SOLUTION: An antiferromagnetic layer 4 formed below a free magnetic layer 1 is formed under a fixed magnetic layer 3. A composition ratio of an element X" of an X"-Mn alloy used for the antiferromagnetic layer 4 is between 44 and 57 at%. When the antiferromagnetic layer 4 is formed under the fixed magnetic layer 3, if a composition ratio of the element X" of the X"-Mn alloy used for the antiferromagnetic layer 4 is between 44 and 57 at%, an exchange anisotropic magnetic field of 400(Oe) or above can be obtained.
