PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten the time required for winding metal foils per one capacitor by a method wherein the metal foils, which are used as electrodes and electrodes for leat-out to the outside, are subjected to pasting processing to a dielectric film in a process other than a process for using these metal foils in a winding equipment to wind the metal foils. SOLUTION: A metal foil 5b of a specified length is pasted on a continued dielectric film 2a, then a metal foil 5b is pasted on the film 2a at an interval of a specified length and further a metal foil 5b is pasted on the film 2a at the interval of the specified length. These processes are repeated and the metal foils 5b are wound on a reel and are formed into one long material. As this film 2a, one with a thermoplastic resin coated on its surface is used and, by pressing the resin on the surface of the film 2a by a hot roller, the resin on the surface of the film 2a is dissolved and the metal foils are continuously pasted on the film 2a. A thermocompression bonding system using the hot roller was used, but a solvent welding of the metal foils with supersonic waves is also possible. By performing a metal removal processing to the constituent material for this capacitor and a welding process to lead wires 5a, a capacitor element is completed.
