PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient cancellation of centrifugal force caused by means of eccentric mass in the case of rotation by increasing rotation times to be the prescribed one from a state, where balls are attracted to a magnet in a rotation stop state via the resonance frequency of a disk rotary system and, then reducing the number of rotations until the balls are attracted to the magnet again so as to be a prescribed number of revolutions via the resonance frequency of the rotary system. SOLUTION: A clamper 3 fixes a disk 6 by holding it with a turn table 1, is provided with a magnet 5 in its center part, and is provided with plural balls 7 capable of attracting the magnet in it. The balls 7 are attracted to the magnet 5, when the rotation of a disk motor is stopped and moved in the direction of an outer wall 3b of the clamper 3 by the centrifugal force of the balls themselves, when it is rotated. When the disk 6 is rotated at a frequency which exceeds the disk resonance system, the positions of an eccentric mass 6a and the balls 7 are moved in the direction opposite to the center 2b. The balls tend to become eccentric in the symmetric direction of the mass and are rotated stably at high speed.
