PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bus on a regular route unnecessary to stop at a traffic signal as much as possible by providing a sensor arranged in front of the traffic signal for detecting the bus on the regular route traveling toward the traffic signal and performing control so as to prolong the turning-on time of a 'blue' signal based on the speed of the bus on the regular route measured by means of this sensor signal under the condition of being on a weekday. SOLUTION: A sensor 6a for detecting a bus on regular route is arranged in front of a traffic signal 4a, and sensors 6b-6d are arranged in the rear of a T-shaped crossing 2. A speed measuring means 7 is arranged near the sensors 6 and when the sensor 6a detects passing of the bus on the regular route, the speed of the bus on the regular route is measured by that sensor signal. The result of comparing a measured velocity V with a set velocity V0 is applied to a controller 5. A signal control circuit provided in the controller 5 prolongs time to turn on the 'blue' of the traffic signal 4a for required time, and even when the velocity V of the bus 3 on the regular route is lower than the velocity V0, 'blue' control is performed so as to let the bus pass without temporary stop in front of the T-shaped crossing 2.
