PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter such as dust or sand or the like from infiltrating in a film unit with a lens which can be used plural times. SOLUTION: This film unit with a lens is equipped with a unit main body 1 equipped with a photographic image frame part, an unexposed film chamber 1b previously housing an unexposed film roll in a production stage on either side in the case of putting the photographic image frame part in between and an exposed film chamber 1c housing exposed film on the other side in the case of putting the photographic image frame part in between; a back cover 4 freely opened/closed without separating from the main body 1, covering at least the back part of the chamber 1b and a base cover part 4e in a closed state and opening at least the back part of the chamber 1b and the cover part 4e in an opened state; a holding means holding the cover 4 at the either end of the main body 1 so that the cover 4 can be freely opened/closed; an engaging means maintaining the cover 4 in the closed state at the other end of the main body 1; and a coating member coating a part of a boundary part between the main body 1 and the cover 4.
