Transverse beam (2) comprises two shaped parts (10) defining cavity (11) and radial openings (12-15) in chosen positions. Cavity houses air conduit (3) which includes air inlet (4a,4b) and radially oriented air distribution outlet (6,8a,8b). These latter are fitted in places so that air pipe housed in cavity, inlet and outlet emerge respectively outside radial openings.
