<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform servo control without being influenced by the irregular components of an FG signal by prestoring the irregular component of the FG signal and taking this prestored irregular component of the FG signal into consideration during the servo control. SOLUTION: Relating to a motor controller equipped with a software servo section 31 for performing control, so as to eliminate the irregular rotational component of a motor based on an FG signal from a frequency generator 2 attached to a motor 1, a memory section 4 is provided to prestore the irregular component of the FG signal from the frequency generator 2 generated, when the motor 1 is rotated by a standard jig 7 at a standard speed. For conducting servo control of the motor 1 based on the FG signal from the frequency generator 2, the software servo section 31 reads in the FG irregular components from the memory section 4 to an FG irregular data storage section 33 and makes correction so as to prevent responding to the FG irregular components that are stored in the FG irregular data storage section 33.</p> |
