<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable image output maintaining the line width constant and minimizing fog, regardless of repeating frequency of the image output. SOLUTION: This image forming device, when assuming a bright part potential on a photoreceptor drum as VI (V), the dark part potential as Vd (V), a range between developing roller and drum photoreceptor as G (μm), developing bias voltage for letting toner shifted from the developing roller to the drum photoreceptor or the reverse direction as respectively Vdev (V) and Vdef (V), cycle of the developing bias voltage as T (μs), the transition time of Vdev to Vdef and Vdef to Vdev respectively as T1 (μs) and T2 (μs), is allowed to respectively satisfy the next numerical formula, 0.3T<T1<0.5T, T2<0.1T, 3.7<|Vd-Vdev|/G<5.2, and 2.2<|Vdef-V1|/G<5.2.</p> |
