PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rapidly performable the processing in a common key code system by shifting the one connecting two rotation commands and two registers to the right or left and constituting a BP part of an E2 code with four commands substituting the right or left relevant data for the registers. SOLUTION: A control part 1 controls respective processing parts and processors, etc. The input data (a4i+j) (0<=i<=3, 0<=j<=3) are stored beforehand in a data storage part 11, and when the processing is ended, the output data are stored. An arithmetic operation part 13 is provided with the register, and performs rotation and shift processing. By such a data replacement/division method, the BP part of the E2 code is constituted of four commands shifting the one connecting two rotation commands and two registers to the right or left, and substituting the right or left relevant data for the registers. Thus, the high speed mounting of the BP function part of the E2 code is particularly satisfied related to the data replacement processing and the division processing used in a code technique.
