PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph reading system, and a radiographing and rediograph reading system and a method therefor capable of designating a proper radiographing device for a patient and efficiently distributing the radiographing device and a radiograph reading device at the reception desk of radiographing so that reception work can be efficiently performed. SOLUTION: This radiographing and radiograph reading system is equipped with a reception input device 10, plural rediographing devices 11, 12 and 16 connected to the device 10 and plural radiograph reading devices 13 and 14. Then, designation information to designate the radiographing device and the radiograph reading device is transmitted to the designated device from the reception input device.
