ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION AIDING SYSTEM FOR SECURITY TRANSACTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute mutual transaction between participants in a market while maintaining the anonymity of the persons negotiating with each other about the price and amount of an unspecified stock in security transactions based on a client/server type network. SOLUTION: A certification server 5 installed in a center system receives log-in certification from respective clients 1 to 3 used by participants and certification accesses at each fixed time. A transaction management server 6 installed in the center system receives security transaction orders from the clients 1 to 3 and displays an order state to each requesting client together with other order states. The server 6 mediates negotiation about the price and amount of a commodity between clients of an optional combination while maintaining the anonymity of the clients.
