PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a layer system which uses well-known advantages (namely, high corrosion resistance and aging resistance) of the layer system containing an upper antireflection layer containing metal nitrides, which contains the aforementioned coating layer, and which has further improved properties concerning to mechanical and chemical durability. SOLUTION: This heat ray reflecting layer system contains at least one functional layer based on silver and has a lower antireflection layer consisting of one or more kinds of metal oxides TiO2, SnO2, ZnO, Ta2O5 and Nb2O5. The upper part of the lower antireflection layer is replaced by a layer of ZnO. In another aspect, an extremely thin metal or subnitride layer is applied on the silver layer. The obtd. layer system is especially suitable for coating of a polymer film bonded to a glass substrate through an adhesive layer. |
