PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service specific to a mobile communication network by making information other than existing information available. SOLUTION: In a communication system, consisting of mobile sets MS each having a display area to display information and a mobile communication network MN, when cabling by a mobile set MS, identification information (base station ID) of a base station to which the mobile set MS is connected is registered, and this base station ID is appended to a history file in a subscriber database UDB. Upon the receipt of a prescribed request from the mobile set MS, image data on the basis of the history file and map data in a map database MDB are generated. An image represented by the image data generated in the mobile communication network MN is displayed on the mobile set MS.
