PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a velocity error when applying an inertia navigation device to assist in navigation as an oscillation velocity detection sensor in a high- resolution radar. SOLUTION: By combining an inertia navigation device 6 with a GPS(global positioning system), the absolute position of a platform is accurately detected for use as an interpolation processing for preventing the scattering of speed and initial position setting for alignment. Also, by ensuring the relative position accuracy with an antenna 1 as installation conditions to the platform of the inertia navigation device 6 itself, a detection speed error is suppressed and the resolution of image data is improved.
