摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neighboring magnetic field measuring apparatus capable of measuring a neighboring magnetic field of a device under test in the directions x, y, z with high precision. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a carrier 19 for moving a magnetic field probe 4 in the vicinity of an object, a magnetic field detector 6 and a calibrator for calibrating to set the direction of the magnetic field probe 4 in which its directivity is max. to the direction of a magnetic field to be detected. The calibrator comprises a probe deflector 27 for changing the direction of the magnetic field probe, a calibrating magnetic field generator 5, and a controller 7 for controlling the operation of the probe deflector. The controller 7 actuates the probe deflector 27 to change the direction of the probe 4 in a calibrating magnetic field and detects the direction of the directivity of the probe 4 from the output of the magnetic field detector 6.
