PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect pressure inside a tire with high precision and to notify the outside of it by using a power source which need not be replaced. SOLUTION: A rotary weight 12 is fitted on the shaft 11a of a power generator base plate 11 rotatably through a bearing 11b and the power generator base plate 11 is fitted in the tire 1 so that the shaft 11a and axle are parallel to each other. The rotation of the rotary weight 12 is reduced in speed by a rotary weight wheel and a transmission wheel 14 and transmitted to the power generation rotor 16 of the power generator, whose generated power is supplied to a transmitting circuit. The detection signal of the pressure sensor is transmitted by radio through the transmitting circuit and received by a receiving circuit provided on a vehicle body side to inform a control of that. As the wheel rotates, the shaft 11a also rotates together, but the rotary weight 12 is to stop because of its moment of inertia, so the rotary weight 12 rotates on the shaft 11a as its axis of rotation and the rotation is increased in speed and transmitted to the power generating rotor 16 to generate the electric power.
