PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet drying equipment advantageous for suppressing partial overheat of a heating board body and advantageous for drying the electrode sheet. SOLUTION: This electrode sheet drying equipment has a heating device 2 equipped with a contact surface to dry an electrode sheet by carrying the electrode sheet while it is in contact with the contact surface. The heating device 2 has a heating board body 3 having a fluid transfer compartment 32 for heated fluid such as heated water and heated oil to move, a fluid inlet passage 35 in communication with the fluid transfer compartment 32 to supply the heated fluid to the fluid transfer compartment 32, a fluid outlet passage 37 in communication with the fluid transfer compartment 32 to exhaust the heated fluid in the fluid transfer compartment 32 outside the compartment, and a heated fluid supply source 39 to supply the heated fluid to the fluid inlet passage 35. |
