PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data to the communication terminal of an opposite party by reducing reception of the influence of an error at the time of communication by simple operation by a user. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an infrared communication terminal 1 being a terminal having data such as picture information and being capable of infrared communication being one of radio communication, and a data storing and transmitting telephone set 2 being one of communication terminals which receives data such as a picture file from the terminal 1 to store as stored data and is line-connected to a server being the communication terminal of the opposite party through a communication lineβthrough the use of communication information of the opposite party requiring only input of numerical figures such as an IP address to transmit the stored data.
