PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain dielectric strength and insulation distance while achieving incombustibility by forcibly causing an end insulator to suck water content and thereafter coiling such end insulator and then dip-soldering the coil and pin. SOLUTION: An end insulator is forcibly caused to such water content and a pin 4 is inserted with pressure into a laminated iron core 1. An insulator for insulating between the laminated iron core 1 and a coil 2 is loaded to the laminated iron core 1. Next, the coil 2 is wound around the laminated iron core 1 and winding start and winding end of the coil 2 are wound to the pin 4 for dip-soldering. The laminated iron core 1 is annularly joined to realize the predetermined coupling using the pin 4 of the iron core 1 and the wiring substrate. Here, the end insulator 3 includes polyamide resin, reinforced glass material and incombustible agent. As explained above, since the end insulator 3 is forcibly caused to suck water content, when the coil 2 and pin 4 are coupled with soldering, the end insulator 3 is protected from adhesion of solder and dielectric strength and insulation distance can be assured while keeping incombustibility.
