PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use radio telephony equipment for a long time by preventing operation from becoming the one with short speech time caused by irradiating radio wave to transmit position registration information and consuming energy of a power source for a stand-by operation when the radio telephony equipment is remained as a stand-by state. SOLUTION: A sub-power source 12 to be used in the case of stand by state and a main power source 15 to be used in the case of speech are mounted on the radio telephony equipment, the sub-power source 12 is used at the stand-by state and when an incoming call is received by the radio telephony equipment, the main power source 15 is used by being switched from the sub- power source 12. In addition, a sub-receiver 13 with a pager function is used in the case of the stand-by state. |
