PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid crosstalk from adjacent tracks. SOLUTION: At least a 1st magnetic layer 11 and a 2nd magnetic layer 12 are laminated, and the 1st magnetic layer 11 has a high coercive force at around room temperature and is formed of a magnetic layer having a Curie- point higher than that of the 2nd magnetic layer 12, and the 2nd magnetic layer 12 is formed of a magnetic layer of which the axis of easy magnetization is almost in the direction of the film plane in the Curie-point temperature range of the 2nd magnetic layer 12 from the room temperature. And, crosstalk from adjacent tracks is avoided by reproducing the recorded information recorded on this information recording medium 1 as an information magnetic domain by detecting the leakage magnetic field due to the information magnetic domain under optical assistance, namely, optical irradiation, and limiting a deriving part of the leakage magnetic field from the record information magnetic domain of the 1st magnetic layer 11 by the 2nd magnetic layer 12.
