PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate judgement whether an incoming call is switched or not and to surely switch communication to other outside line terminal when the incoming call is received from other outside line terminal during a call with one outside line terminal. SOLUTION: This communication terminal is provided with a transmitting and receiving part 8 to be connected with a line, a transmitting/receiving part 5, a display part 13 with an input function and a control part 1. When the incoming call is received from a second terminal during the call with a first terminal, the display part 13 is made to display whether speakers are switched or not and to switch the communication to the second terminal when switching of the speakers is selectively inputted by the control part 1.
