PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quantitatively measure the load quantity received from exogenous and endogenous load factors by a product/member. SOLUTION: A data memory part 1 is constituted of a data memory material storing load quantity received by the change in physical quantity corresponding to load quantity received from exogenous and endogenous load factors. A data read part 3 reads the physical quantity of the data memory part 1 as a data signal 4 by irradiating the data memory part 1 with a measuring signal 8. An evaluation device compares the physical quantity of the data memory part 1 obtained by the data read part 3 with the received load quantity of the preliminarily measured physical quantity of the data memory part 1 to measure the load quantity received by the data memory part 1.
