PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely preventable lottery pieces floating on airflow in a hollow container from being damaged and also to generate airflow flowing in various directions in the hollow container. SOLUTION: A supply opening 12 consisting of many hole parts is provided at the lowest part of a hollow container 2 and an air outlet opening is also provided at the top. A supply opening body 17 consisting of a dish-shaped body 18 and a bowl-shaped body 19 is attached to the outer surface part of the bottom part of the container 2, and the point part of an air duct 4a of a blower 4 is attached to the outer surface of the bottom part of the body 17. When air is blown in from the blower 4, the air is first compressed in the space between the bodies 19 and 18 and blown out into the container 2 through the opening 12 with great force after being compressed in the space between the body 19 and the container 2. Consequently, an airflow blown up from the bottom center is generated in the container 2.
