When the armrest base (a) is used, the elbow support plate (b) is erected upward, the elbow is mounted on the armrest base (a) during a pachinko handle action, the load applied to the arm is reduced, fatigue, the stiffness of the shoulder or tenosynovitis can be prevented, and a player can play a pachinko game comfortably.
