PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracorporeal circulation blood circuit which eliminates the need for a pump to be exclusively used for a blood thickener while decreasing the amount of the blood to be used by reducing a packing rate and is capable of flexibly dealing with the case the blood thickener is not used. SOLUTION: This extracorporeal circulation blood circuit 1 which is composed of a blood reservoir 2, an artificial lung 3 for executing gas exchange with the blood, a reflux path 4 for refluxing part of the blood from the artificial lung 3 to the blood reservoir 2 and the blood thickener 5 interposed in the reflux path 4 is provided with a blood thickener holder 6 which supports the blood thickener 5 in the state that the blood inlet 5a of the blood thickener 5 is deposed in proximity to the reflux path side blood outlet 3a of the artificial lung 3 and that the blood outlet 5b of the blood thickener 5 is held in proximity to the reflux path side blood inlet 2a of the blood reservoir 2 in such a manner that the reflux path 4 is approximately linear to the flank of the blood reservoir 2.
