PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the physically handicapped himself to easily store a wheelchair in a car and to unload it without the help of an attendant. SOLUTION: A rear car room is provided with a main arm 20 to be horizontally turned, a rail unit 30 is connected through an inclined shaft 22 to a turning shaft, and a motor base 50 and a wheelchair holding part 70 to slide on the rail unit are connected by an upper arm 90 and a lower arm 92. After riding on a driver seat, the wheelchair holding part is drawn close to a door by driving a motor. The wheelchair is pushed back from the driver seat and fitted to the wheelchair holding part 70 and when a motor is driven to the side of storage, the arms 90 and 92 carry up the wheelchair holding part and lock the wheelchair while linking. Next, the motor base is slid back, and the main arm is continuously turned and stored in the car room together with the rail unit. The wheelchair is stored while horizontally falling by a turning mechanism formed around the shaft.
