PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration from fishline part positioned on the outermost layer in fishline wound around a spool and enable preservation of fishline while protecting the fishline from deterioration due to ultraviolet rays over a long period in a state arranged in rows in the shop. SOLUTION: The outermost layer part of fishline 2 wound around a spool is covered with a tape-like protective material 3 comprising paper or a synthetic resin, to which coloring is applied or in which an ultraviolet degradation- preventing agent is mixed.
