OPEN SHOWCASE WITH PREFAB REFRIGERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inner temperature rise even if an article is entered into or removed from the back face of a case by providing a curtain cover which can be wound to cover the back face of the display chamber in a showcase body and supplying chill from the upper part of a prefab refrigerator to the ceiling duct of an open showcase. SOLUTION: A winding type cloth-like curtain cover 5 is disposed directly under the fan 9 of a ceiling duct 8 at the upper part on the back face of the display chamber in a showcase body 2 and a hook 5a is fixed to the forward end of the cloth-like curtain cover 5. When the cloth-like curtain cover 5 is lowered, the hook 5a is located on the boundary of an underfloor duct 6 at the lower part on the back face of the display chamber in the showcase body 2 and it can engage a hook receiver 10 for holding the cloth-like curtain cover 5. According to the structure, equalized flow of air curtain is kept at an opening even if an article is entered into or removed from the back face of the case and inner temperature rise can be prevented.
