PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging ventilation fan which enables effective heat exchange while achieving a miniaturization of a body with a reduction in the size of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This fan is provided with a heat exchanger 8 in which heat exchange elements 11 are arranged in a box-shaped body 1 having a feed air inlet 4 and a feed air outlet 2, and an exhaust inlet 3 and an exhaust outlet 5 in the depthwise direction of the body 1 the same as the direction of the lamination thereof to make the flow 12 of feed air orthogonal to the flow 13 of exhaust for heat exchange; and a motor 16 which is installed with a feed air fan 9 and an exhaust fan 10 on a rotating shaft 16a sticking out of both side parts 16b thereof. The rotating shaft 16a is arranged in the direction orthogonal to that of the lamination of the heat exchange elements 11 to miniaturize the body, thereby achieving an effective heat exchange. |
