<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle exterior parts excellent in the balance between the impact resistance and the flowability and also excellent in the heat resistance of a coating and rigidity. SOLUTION: A resin composition is obtained by blending 0.1-10 pts.wt. talc with (A) 10-80 pts.wt. polyamide resin, (B) 10-80 pts.wt. graft polymer made by subjecting 90-20 wt.% monomer mixture comprising 50-90 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and 10-50 wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer to graft polymerization in the presence of 10-80 wt.% diene rubber, (C) 1-40 pts.wt. copolymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, made by polymerizing 0.5-20 wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 50-89.5 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and 10-49.5 wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and having a reduced viscosity of 0.2-0.5 dl/g, and (D) 0-50 pts.wt. copolymer made by polymerizing 50-90 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and 10-50 wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer [the total of (A), (B), (C) and (D) being 100 pts.wt.]. The resin composition is molded to give molded articles, and a urethane. or melamine coating is applied to the molded articles, thus giving vehicle exterior parts.</p> |
