<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satisfactory storage system for recording medium which has a simple and inexpensive structure and is easy to use. SOLUTION: This storage system for recording medium is provided with a storing rack 10 which is assembled with a plurality of cases storing respective discs, and a plurality of lamps 13 corresponding to the respective cases. A server computer 20 integrating a CPU 21 and a fixed storage device 22 is connected to the storing rack 10. A case information table which links the respective cases 12 and discs stored in the respective cases with each other is stored in the storage device 22. The CPU 21 changes, when the disc is specified by an input device 32 connected to a client computer 30, the display condition of the lamp 13 corresponding to the disc with reference to the case information table.</p> |
