PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin foam excellent in dimensional stability by curing a reactive stock mixture comprising a polyol component containing a polyol mixture comprising a polyether polyol, an amine-based polyol, and a specified amount of stably dispersed polymer microparticles, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, and a blowing agent and a polyisocyanate component by a cast foaming process. SOLUTION: The polyol mixture used contains a polyether polyol having an OH value of 84 mgKOH/g or below and an oxyethylene group content of at least 40 wt.%, an amine-derived polyol being a polyether polyol obtained by the addition reaction of an amine compound with a cyclic ether and having an OH value of 250-900 mgKOH/g, and polymer microparticles (e.g. microparticles obtained by copolymerizing acrylonitrile with styrene in a polyol) stably dispersed in the polyol and used in an amount of at least 0.01 wt.% based on the total weight of the polyol, The polyol composition containing this mixture has excellent dispersion stability, so that it can be used without any troubles even after it is left standing for a long time. |
