PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction plate material having an architectural design balanced with both uneven and symmetrical senses and rich in an interesting natural sense on facing surfaces thereof. SOLUTION: A construction plate material 1 is equipped with facing surfaces 5 alternately arranging broad width pattern block rows 2 arranging broad width pattern blocks 2a... with an optional length in the horizontal direction and narrow width pattern block rows 3 arranging narrow width pattern blocks 3a... with an optional lengthin the horizontal direction through joint channels 41 and 42, the upper side joint channels 41 of the narrow width pattern block rows 3 are horizontally arranged in a line, and the lower side joint channels 42 of the narrow width pattern block rows 3 are unevenly arranged by vertically slipping them in every optional length.
