PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and improve the cooling performance of a cooler, a cooling fan and an engine and also to improve the reliability of hydraulic machine by effectively and mutually cooling an engine system and a hydraulic system in the cooling equipment of a construction machine. SOLUTION: An operator's cab 15 is arranged at one side portion 1a of a front end in front to rear direction of an upper slewing body 2 of a construction machine, an engine 8 is arranged vertically at the other side portion 2b on the opposite side of one side portion 1a, and a radiator 40 is installed at the front of the engine 8. And an oil cooler 50 for operating fluid stored separately from the engine 8 is installed on the upper slewing body 2 between the operator's cab 15 and a counterweight 27, by which the cooling air taken in is increased, and the cooling effects of the engine 8, intercooller IC, oil cooler 50 and radiator 40 or the like are enhanced in the configuration.
