PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic structure having excellent aseismatic performance and capable of keeping a column axial force function even after yield by forming a column yield type hinge on an aseismatic intermediate column at the time of final proof stress of a skeleton while utilizing the features of a short span rigid frame structure in which the aseismatic intermediate column is erected on a beam. SOLUTION: A skeleton is constituted of a column 2, a beam 3, and an aseismatic intermediate column 4, the aseismatic intermediate column 4 is erected in a span intermediate part of the beam 3, the column 2 and the beam 3 are made of reinforced concrete, and the aseismatic intermediate column 4 is made of a steel frame. A width of a cross section of the aseismatic intermediate column 4 in a part where the beam 3 and the aseismatic intermediate column 4 are mutually joined is smaller than a width of a cross section of concrete of the beam 3, the aseismatic intermediate column 4 is erected over upper and lower stories by passing through the cross section of the concrete of the beam 3, and the beam 3 and the aseismatic intermediate column 4 form a rigid join part due to concrete bearing pressure strength of the beam 3.
