PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an automatic water discharge function in facility such as a urinal temporarily by a quite simple means. SOLUTION: A top cover 2 is provided in an upper part of a urinal 1, and an opening and closing valve device for supplying a flush to the urinal 1 is provided in the top cover 2. A sensor device 3 is provided in such a way that it faces the front part of the top cover 2, A sensor cover 4 mounted on the front face of the sensor device 3 so as to mount and dismount freely has a plate 5, a magnet provided on a rear surface of the plate 5, and a handle 7 protruding from a front face of the plate 5. Display such as 'during cleaning' or 'cannot be used because of cleaning' is provided on the front face of the plate 5.
