PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge Δf in a strip piezoelectric resonator for frequency filter, which is used as a series resonator or a parallel resonator. SOLUTION: In the manufacture method of a piezoelectric element for filter, a process for making a piezoelectric material which is mainly composed of a lead titanate/zirconate material into powder or grains, they are calcined and are ground is given. At the time of grinding after calcination, one of boron oxide (B2O3), silicon dioxide (SiO2), borosilicate glass or alumina (Al2O3) is added as an intensity improvement effect material. When boron oxide (B2O3), silicon dioxide (SiO2), borosilicate glass or alumina (Al2O3) are added, they exist in the grain boundary of respective burnt grains and the respective grains are connected. Then, the mechanical intensity of the piezoelectric element improves. |
