PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive coloring composition having good shelf stability and capable of producing a heat resistant color filter excellent in flatness and to obtain a heat resistant color filter having excellent flatness and not causing discontinuity to a driving electrode, etc., lowering of an electric field and leakage of electric charges to adjacent pixels. SOLUTION: The photosensitive coloring composition contains inorganic pigments 13, 14, 15, 16 coated with a transparent inert layer 7. The heat resistant color filter has a black matrix layer BK and colored pattern layers R, G, B formed on a transparent substrate 1. At least a part of the black matrix layer and at least a part of the colored pattern layers are formed using the photosensitive resin composition. |
