PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a unit smoothly without coming in contact with a projected article though the projected article projecting over in a frame such as a rivet or the like for fixing a reinforcing part by providing a control plate for controlling an installing direction of the unit in the frame. SOLUTION: A frame 12 comprises a flat shaped upper plate 12a, a bottom plate of a U shape section, and a pair of side plates 12c, and the upper plate 12a constitutes a unit 13 by holding a filter material. Further, the bottom plate 12b is connected to each side plate 12c with an L shape connecting member 20. Further, a projected piece 23 is annexed to an inner face of each side plate 12c, a reinforcing lever 21 is fixed so as to extend over each side plate 12c, and a tip part of a rivet 22 for fixing the reinforcing rod 21 to each side plate 12c, is projected to an inner face side of each side plate 12. Then, a constraint plate 16 for controlling an installing direction of the unit 13 is annexed to upper and lower side end parts on an inner face of each side plate 12c, and the unit 13 is prevented from coming in contact with the tip part of the rivet 22 in installing by covering the tip part of the rivet 22 by the constraint plate 16.
