PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a mono-layer type heat shrinking polystyrene film having reduced natural shrinkage and improved strength, nerve, and heat shrinkage character. SOLUTION: This film comprises a compsn. comprising 55-80 wt.% SBS block copolymer contg. 13-20 wt.% butadiene unit (A), 6-15 wt.% SBS block copolymer contg. 21-35 wt.% butadiene unit (B), and 15-30 wt.% styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer contg. 5-30 wt.% butyl acrylate unit (C), and has a shrinkage in the direction of main shrinkage after 10 sec. in 80 deg.C hot water of not smaller than 35% and a tensile elasticity in the direction right angle to the main direction of shrinkage of not smaller than 150 kg/mm2.
