PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-permeable composite excellent in water-permeability and weather resistance and suitable for road pavement by kneading essential components comprising glass chips and an lic resin and casting the kneaded product on the ground to be paved. SOLUTION: Glass chips of 100 pts.wt. obtained by subjecting a single color scrap obtained by classifying scraps consisting essentially of bottles discarded in large amount or a mixed color scrap obtained without classifying the scraps to a crushing treatment so as to form about 10 mesh sizes are kneaded well with an acrylic syrup of 3-60 pts.wt. comprising a single monomer represented by the formula (R1 is H or CH3; R2 is H or a 1-18C alkyl, an aryl, a hydroxyethyl or a hydroxypropyl) or a copolymer thereof, and a normal temperature curing initiator, and the kneaded product is cast on the ground to be paved, and thereafter cured to provide the objective water-permeable pavement.
