PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg fixing device capable of suppressing the increase in the number of members and manufacturing processes to permit the noise reduction countermeasures. SOLUTION: A plate-like latching member 11 is provided on a support 3 of a first leg so as to be turnable around the axis approximately parallel to the axis of the turning center of the leg, and a base end part of the latching member 11 is coupled with the support 3 by a support pin 12 having a head part. A substantially flat latching member abutting surface 3a is provided on the support 3. A compressive coil spring 37 to about the latching member 11 on the latching member abutting surface 3a is interposed between a head part 12a of the support pin 12 and the base end part of the latching member 11.
