PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tops-type sports wear and a pants-type sports wear giving little restraining feeling to the whole body in various exercises and exhibiting excellent results in exercise. SOLUTION: In the tops-type sports wear, the belt part extending from the neck between the shoulder part and the back part to the armpit part of the back body cloth is used as the cloth changing part of the back body and the cloth of the cloth changing part is specified to a cloth (e.g. a circular rib fabric) 10 having high stretchability compared with the remaining back body cloth. In the pants-type sports wear, the belt part extending from the area above the knee to the area under the part between the thighs is used as the cloth changing part of the front pants cloth and the cloth of the cloth changing part is specified to a cloth (e.g. a circular rib fabric) 23 having high stretchability compared with the remaining front pants cloth.
