PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate for simply and efficiently producing a container having good transparency and gloss, the container using the same and a method for producing the container. SOLUTION: In a resin laminate having layers (A), (B) [further a layer (C)] comprising a polypropylene type resin and used in the production of a container, the ethylene content or MI value of the polypropylene type resin constituting the layer (B) [and the layer (C)] is lower than that of the polypropylene type resin constituting the layer (A) and the layer B [and the layer (C)] is used as the outermost layer of the container. The haze of the container using this laminate is 15% or less and the container is molded at a temp. from the softening point of the polypropylene type resin of the layer (A) to the m.p. thereof.
